The fourth-largest city in U.S, Houston is a diverse city with a large international community; over 90 languages are spoken there. Hermann Park Consevancy: The most prominent places to see inside this park are the Houston Zoo and Houston Museum of Natural Science. The 55 acre tropical zoo has over 4500 exotic animals from 800 species.
Theatre District: A 17 block area in downtown Houston housing nine performing arts organizations. The Bayou place covers 40 square kilometers has an entertainment complex, movie theatre, stage shows, plazas, parks and restaurants
Williams Waterwall: A multi-storey sculptural fountain located at the south end of Williams Tower. This semi-circular fountain stands at 20 meters with water cascading over vast channeled sheets from the narrow upper rim of the circle to the broader base. 78,500 gallons of water is recycled covering the interior and exterior of the Waterwall.
Space Center: The center has a number of interactive exhibits including the moon rock and the shuttle simulator. Other attractions include the Space Center theatre, the Blast off theatre, the Astronaut Gallery and the Starship gallery.
The Galleria: The biggest shopping mall in Texas. Its stunning architecture mixed with an exceptional array of shops makes it one of the most sought-after tourist attractions. Twenty-four million visitors shop here annually.
Sam Houston Park: Among other attractions, the park has a number of homes originally built from 1823 to 1905 which have been reconstructed.
