Desert Rose is a luxurious 11 000 square foot, 4 acre estate perched on top of a cliff offering breathtaking vistas of the sea.

The villa is located in Island Harbour, on the North East coastline of Anguilla. It is comprised of 4 bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room, laundry room and a two car garage.

Exterior

The Villa exterior is polished Anguillian Rock with lush tropical landscaping surrounding the property. The tennis court is Premier Cushion Court with views of the sea. An infinity edge pool highlights the veranda which extends the length of the Villa.

Desert Rose is on 4 acres of cliffside land on the northeast coastline of Anguilla. Panoramic views of the Atlantic from every room and from the large veranda extending across the length of the villa. When entering the villa from the foyer you are immediately struck by the breathtaking ocean view. The living room which opens to the veranda features a wall of glass so you do not miss a bit of the fantastic view.

The interior of the Villa showcases fossilized coral walls in the master bedroom and living room with Italian marble floors throughout the villa. The decor of the villa is elegant and contemporary in style with the finest amenities.

A special added amenity for guests of Desert Rose is the inclusion of one day at the private island, Scilly Cay with boat and driver provided to take you from the pier in Island Harbour to the dock on  Scilly Cay and back at your convenience. Rates are quoted in US dollars per night and are exclusive of a 10% government tax and 10% service charge. Holiday period requires 14 night minimum stay. Security deposit of 3 000 $ required. To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee. There is no refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons.
