Accommodations are for 8 -12 guests or 4 couples in four spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Completely renovated, everything is BRAND NEW from Jatoba windows and doors(hurricane proof), temperature efficient Panasonic air conditioning units, ceiling fans, decorative light fixtures, furniture and accessories. Each Bedroom has its own en-suite private bathroom, newly renovated as well with beautifully tiled walk in showers with rain shower heads and hand held shower units, elegant fixtures and vessel bowls on custom made vanities. Hairdryers are provided. Unique area rugs in tropical patterns and colors sets the motif for each bedroom. Artwork adorns the walls from Jamaican Artists, some original pieces! Custom made closet systems which includes a safe to lock up your valuables and important documents. Each bedroom also has a 32” television. A tropical crisp, clean spa feeling is our intention with white bedding accented with throw pillows in an array of colors and patterns. All bedrooms offer an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea. When you enter the bedrooms you will not be disappointed. They are designed solely with your comfort in mind.
NEW at Seven Seas, A 400 sq. ft. Pavilion overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Blue Mountains with authentic thatch roof. A perfect retreat from the hot sun or a gathering before dinner is served. The pavilion has comfortable lounge chair seating area with a cushioned bench. A beautiful dining table with elegant outdoor dining chairs combined with the right amount of lighting and soft music, make for a magical setting for an evening dinner.
Master Bedrooms 1 & 4 are wheelchair accessible. Custom made massive king size mahogany four poster beds, made on the island, make for a romantic retreat after a long day in the sun or for a midday nap with its sheer panels hanging from the canopy above. Elegant chaise loungers and rattan desk area with chair add to the island feeling.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are adjoining for families with children. Both have custom made wall units with closets and desk area. Bedroom 2 contains two twin beds that convert into a king. There is an additional daybed with storage below. A deluxe bath tub with shower components as well. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed with beautiful tailored linen headboard. Extra cots are available. A crib, play pack, with crib bedding is also available upon request.
Verandah & Poolside: Your living space is not confined to the indoors at Seven Seas. You will find outdoor sofas just outside your bedroom. As you walk onto the verandah from the bedrooms, you will find a lovely sitting area with upscale outdoor furniture, sofa, loveseat and lounge chairs around a table. Comfy, decorative pillows add a touch of class when overlooking the pool, new poolside pavilion or the Caribbean Sea. Many lounge chairs for sunbathing can be found around the pool area including double chaise loungers on our new stone patio. As the sun sets, enjoy a cocktail before dinner on the verandah.
Foyer: As you enter Seven Seas the foyer with its beautiful 8 ft. Jatoba doors, the spacious stone wet bar area with gorgeous granite countertops and sitting area can be found. This area is considered a beverage center and is a full service bar. Along the cut stone wall is a one of a kind Tamarind bench. We have added new Travertine tile throughout entire house in variety of sizes and patterns.
Dining Room: A formal dining room with 8 ft. glass pocket doors(hurricane proof) opening up and hidden away to a view of the sea. The table is a one of a kind, Tamarind Wood 130 in. L x 36-68 in. W dining surface, which seats 12. A conversation piece! You may enjoy an evening meal under the lighted tray ceiling as you look out onto the sun setting on the sea beyond. Beautiful pendant light fixtures hang on both sides of a bronze ceiling fan and add a touch of elegance. Elegant dining chairs in a stunning tangerine are both stylish and comfortable along with a mahogany buffet.
Kitchen: Remodeled in 2008, a full service Kitchen with state of the art refrigeration systems and appliances. A self serve pantry area where continental breakfast is laid out. New cabinetry and Corian Countertops give the kitchen a fresh, brighter look.
Great Room: The great room may be where you want to relax after a day of activities such as sightseeing , snorkeling, or just laying by the pool. 8 ft. pocket doors(hurricane proof) open up completely to the great room area with a phenomenal view of the pool area and sea. This area has a beautiful new comfy sectional sofa, chaise and chairs. A 50 inch plasma TV hangs from the cut stone wall in the middle of a media center with cable, DVD player, CD player, XM Satellite radio and surround sound. A state of the art Sound System where individual volume controls can be located in the Bar, Dining and Pavilion. Movies, books and CD’s can also be found for your enjoyment. There is a game table with unique bucket seats, computer area with internet access (also have wireless internet service) and two beautifully refinished slatted chests filled with board games, cards, dice, etc. all for your entertainment. A tray ceiling with rope lighting makes for pleasant evening ambiance and within tray ceiling, fans hang to provide a cool breeze on hot days and nights.
Powder Room: On the opposite side of the dining room, a new addition to the house which contains a powder room with custom Jamaican made vanity with Driftwood mirror and a one of a kind sea shell chandelier. The powder room is perfect for children coming from the pool or sea with wet bathing suits or for guests use.
