Bajacu (rising sun in the language of Caribbean natives) is located on the beautiful island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. It is situated on a south shore hilltop with a breathtaking 270 degree view of the sea, surrounded by a 13 acre estate of lush tropical gardens with coconut, royal palm, fruit trees, bougainvilleas, jasmine, and frangipani. A natural stone path provides direct access from the villa to the sea.

Situated on a hilltop with private and direct access to the beach, the house site on 13 acres of private estate.  The house is 9500 square feet under roof with another 3500 terrace accommodation.

Bajacu has five air conditioned bedrooms (3 with king sized beds and 2 with double beds.) Each room has a private terrace with stunning sea views, ensuite bath with shower, walk in closet, flat screen TV, DVD, safe and telephone.

The master bedroom is situated in its own separate building offering that extra touch of romance and seclusion.

Villa Policy

A 10% service charge is added to the price of rental.  Moreover, the Turks and Caicos government enforce a 10% tourist tax on all villa rentals. This charge will be added to the cost of the rental.  Gratuities are at the discretion of the client.
