Villa Policy

• Maximum 8 guests in the main house: 10 guests with the guest house

• Security deposit to the amount of one nights rental
• Air conditioning is not included and will be an extra charge to the guest. The meter will be read upon arrival to the villa and departure from the villa for the Main house, in order to determine usage of the Air Conditioning. For the Guest house, the charge is a flat fee of ~$150/week.
