Estate Belvedere was initially purchased by Nicholai Alder Coppy from the King of Denmark in 1795. The estate also including Great House, outbuildings and land, has had many owners through the years, among them Peter Moth (1810), Hans Christian Knudsen (1824), and the prominent Lord Chamberlain Louis Roth (1852). The original sugar mill was used to crush the cane gathered from the estate fields and today serves Belvedere's present owners as foyer and study.  

This 18th century sugar plantation has been lovingly restored.  The four acres of tropically landscaped grounds include a three bedroom main house, two efficiency apartments and a cottage each with full kitchen and private garden or patio.  All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Estate Belvedere also offers a ver new home gym located in a separate air-conditioned building by the pool.
