LuxeInACity is a Luxe Directoryl with an integrated social community, Luxe Social, which aims at connecting Affluent Connoisseurs and Luxe Companies from around the world. LuxeInACity (collectively, "LuxeInACity” or "the Service") is owned and operated by Essentiality Lifestyle Conciergerie Inc (collectively, "us", "we" or "the Company"). By accessing or using our website at www.LuxeInACity.com or (the site), you (the user) indicate that you have read , understand and agree to these terms & conditions ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement") and you agree to abide by them whether or not you are a registered member of LuxeInACity. LuxeInACity reserves the right, to alter or amend all or any section of this Agreement at any point in time. The revisions are effective instantly upon notice published on the Site. Your continuous use of LuxeInACity after such notice represents your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, including any change or modifications made by LuxeInACity. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or make use of any services. It is your responsibility to repeatedly check the Site to establish if there have been amendments to these Terms of Use and to consider such changes.
• You are at least 18 years old. LuxeInACity does not allow access to users who are younger than 18 years old even with parental consent;
• You are solely accountable to uphold the confidentiality of your username and password and you agree to alert LuxeInACity without delay of any infringement of security;
• You are legally responsible for all actions concerning your membership, with or without your knowledge or consent. This includes any data, photo, profiles, links, blog post, thread post, videos links, events details, news articles links and any other content that you submit, post, create, link to and display on LuxeInACity;
• You will not invite people with whom you have no prior relationship to join your network;
•You will upload a representative photograph of yourself and will not upload any cartoon, symbol, drawing to identify yourself unless you have a Luxe Enhanced Profile;
• You will regularly review the Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions;
• You will provide accurate information in your profile and update it as appropriate;
• You will not harass, terrorize, coerce or impersonate other members of our community
• You will not engage in any illegal or unlawful behavior and agree to conform with all laws that may be pertinent to you concerning suitable online behavior, activities and content usage;
• You will not act in a manner that breaches, infringes or embezzles any third party's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights or contractual rights;
• You will not engage in any type of spamming, whether it is a “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes”, “illegal advertisement of products or services”, or any other promotional or advertising activity that infringes these Terms & Conditions, any relevant laws, policies or generally-accepted advertising strategy & practices;
• You will not gather, exploit or disseminate any data, including personal data, about our users without their explicit permission or for dishonest intentions or in infringement of pertinent laws or regulations;
• You will not try to impersonate a company employee, or any other person, or wrongly or otherwise falsify your relationship with any person or entity;
• You will not facilitate the unlawful distribution of copyrighted content. You will always present the source of any content you post, upload, share or create on LuxeInACity;
• You will not register for more than one User account or register for a User account on behalf of someone else;
• You will not sign up for a Luxe Enhanced Profile without having the explicit permission to do so by the appropriate figure of the company;
• You will not upload, link to, post, share or otherwise make accessible any material that holds software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs intended to disrupt, obliterate or limit the functionality of LuxeInACity;
• We may remove posts, comments, uploads, links, data or other content that we find not to be in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You understand that while we aim to remove all content that could be perceived as obscene, provocative or illegal, we cannot be held responsible for such content posted by our users.
• We reserve the right to terminate, temporary suspend or modify the Service, and to refuse the Service to anyone, for any reason, with or without notice, at any time.
Payment Information
• Luxe Enhanced Profile are only available in an Annual subscription plan, paid via PayPal or other pre-approved methods, and automatically renews on the same date of each corresponding year or on the final date of the month if no corresponding date (Feb 29);
• Membership fees are non-refundable; except if the Member writes a letter within 10 business days to inform LuxeInACity that they are cancelling their membership;
• Rebates, discounts and other special offers are only valid for initial term; the membership will then be renewed at the then-current membership rate;
• LuxeInACity may at any given time or for any given reason increase the membership cost for a subsequent membership term, provided, however, that LuxeInACity provides notice at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the expiration of the membership;
• The price of a Luxe Enhanced Profile purchased through the Site will be the price specified in the Site at the time of your purchase.
• Upon presentation of credit card information the purchaser warrants that he/she is the cardholder and that the billing information provided is accurate.
• By approving the purchase of the product or service, you authorize LuxeInACity to charge the designated credit card, or PayPal account, for the total amount of the purchase.
• LuxeInACity may terminate the subscription if unable to process the payment due to incorrect payment information. If the payment if not made, your account will become dormant. If you wish to make it available to the public once more, please contact us to reactivate your account instead of opening a new account.
• All payments for advertising are due upon receipt unless otherwise provided on the invoice for such advertising.
• All statements will be sent by electronic means unless otherwise agreed by and between the parties.
In addition, you may be charged sales taxes or other localized taxes, based on the country indicated in your billing address section.
• Any amounts to be charged will appear during the checkout process.
• Canceling Recurring Payments. You may cancel your membership at any time by going to My Profile – Financial Activities.
Paying via PayPal
• By purchasing an Luxe Enhanced Profile directly from our site, You agree to allow PayPal to debit the full amount of Your purchase from Your PayPal account ("PayPal Account") or from the credit card(s), debit card(s), bank account(s), or other allowed payment method(s) linked to Your PayPal Account ("PayPal Funding Source").
• It is Your responsibility to keep Your PayPal Account and PayPal Funding Source current and funded, and Your PayPal Account backed by a valid credit card. You agree that PayPal and LuxeInACity will not be responsible for payments that fail to go through as a result of Your PayPal Account or PayPal Funding Source no longer existing or holding insufficient funds.
• You agree that if the transaction is returned unpaid, You will pay a service charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or the maximum amount allowed by law, which may be debited from Your PayPal Account or PayPal Funding Source.
Right to refuse an Advertising Opportunities or to grant a Luxe Enhanced Profile
• LuxeInACity reserves the right to refuse membership, at any time or for any reason, to a provider who does not operate in the Luxury Market, as we aim to be a Luxe Directory. If we make this decision after the Provider makes a payment on our website, we will refund the Provider via the same payment method within 5 business days of our decision.
• LuxeInACity reserves the right to suspend a Luxe Company’s account if these Terms and Conditions or if the Provider are not obeyed or if the provider uploads, share, links, post any inappropriate content to the website.
• LuxeInACity reserves the right to refuse advertisement sponsorship that do not conform to our guideline and that we judge not appropriate for our users. Such example would be material that promotes illegal activities, defamatory conducts, pornographic ideas or any conduct that we judge not appropriate for our users.

• LuxeInACity respects the intellectual property of other as we wish others will respect our rights.
Information displayed on LuxeInACity might contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed;
• All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to LuxeInACity;

You acknowledge that if no fees have paid to LuxeInACity for the service, you shall be limited to injunctive relief only, unless otherwise permitted by law, and shall not be entitled to damages of any kind from the company, regardless of the cause of action.
If you are not satisfied with the Service provided by the Website, your sole and exclusive solution is to discontinue using LuxeInACity.
