Brasserie Angelique – When France Meets Dubai

This month, Abu Dhabi’s latest gourmet restaurant, the new Brasserie Angélique, opened in the luxury hotelJumeirah at Etihad Towers.

The Brasserie Angélique is a French brasserie offering classic French home-style à la carte cuisine such as the highly recommended Paté de Foie de Volaille and Cassoulet de Toulouse. Guests can also enjoy baquettes, cafes au lait and crêpes during the mid-morning and a full breakfast buffet with home baked pastries, breads and Italien coffee. Designed by Chef Niels Van Oers, the classic French menu changes seasonally to offer the freshest of produce available.

Brasserie Angélique’s spacechannels classic French design influences including wooden parquet, black and white mosaic floors, chandeliers and ornately molded ceilings. The restaurant’s atmosphere takes you to the center of Paris.

The Brasserie Angélique adds to the Jumeirah ’s many luxury offerings, which also includes a spa, a gym and ten other restaurants. Located on Podium Level 3, opposite the hotel’s lobby, the new French brasserie will be opened from 7pm to 11pm during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
