Nobu Hotel Caesar’s Palace – Vegas at Its Best

World-renown Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhima claims “Food is my life” on his website. And with several wildly successful restaurants serving gourmet Japanese fusion cuisine in cities across the globe (co-owned by no other than Robert De Niro), we believe him. But on April 29th, the celebrated chef expanded his empire to include Nobu Hospitality’s first ever hotel: Nobel Hotel Caesar’s Palace, set right on the Las Vegas strip.

Opened in partnership with Caesar’s Palace and designed by award-winning New York designer David Rockwell, the boutique hotel features 181 rooms and 18 luxury suites that merge Asian traditions with Las Vegas flair. Natural materials and custom art by up-and-coming Japanese artists, teak fittings, stone tile and sleek modern fixtures add to the luxurious East-meets-West esthetic.

Set adjacent to Caesar’s Palace, Nobu hotel guests have VIP access to many of the palace’s amenities, including Pure nightclub and the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis. Those with hunger pangs can head down to the first and world’s largest Nobu Restaurant and Lounge – set in the heart of the boutique hotel — to try out some of Nobu’s signature dishes including Toro Tartar with Caviar and Black Cod with Miso.

Still not convinced you should go? Here’s a good reason: CNN Travel named Nobu Caesar’s Palace one of the Hottest Hotels of 2013.
