The Suites de la Potiniere, located in the Tarentaise Valley of Savoie within the Courchevel resort in the French Alps, is said to be the most expensive luxury ski hotel in the world. With an average overnight price of $1958 for a standard double room, the Suites de la Potiniere was awarded the top spot in the recent survey conducted by Luxury-Hotels.com. The result of this survey concludes that Courchevel of France, Lech-Arlberg of Austria and St. Moritz of Switzerland are the top three most exclusive ski resorts of the world.
